Logistic Manager - FMCG/Cosmetics

We are looking for Logistic Manager with one of the leading FMCG - Cosmetic Company.

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 7 to 17 (Only MALE candidates with FMCG background need to apply)

1. Negotiate & Coordinate with transport companies for timely delivery of consignment.

2. Receive requisition for reddressal material for CSA/ parties.

3. To prepare CSA feedback form & send it to all CSA

4. Prepare , update & maintain documents related with indents , redressing material & dispatch report

5. Train , motivate the team members on follow up etc...

6. To procure, receive & process monthly indent

7. Prepare location wise monthly dispatch schedule of various products & different variants

8. To ensure goods dispatched as per schedule & call for daily dispatch report

9. To communicate production shortage , communicate any changes in indent of CSA or parties to dispatch location.

10. Receive & call for road permits or way bill from CSA/ parties.

11. Communicate & provide details to CSA on indents , schedule date of dispatch and details on consignment dispatched.

12. Negotiate & Coordinate with transport companies for timely delivery of consignment.

13. Receive requisition for reddressal material for CSA/ parties.

14. To prepare CSA feedback form & send it to all CSA

15. Prepare , update & maintain documents related with indents , redressing material & dispatch report

16. Train , motivate the team members on follow up etc.

Location : Mumbai , Andheri west corporate Head office

Age - around 30-35 years, minimum education - graduate from any stream.

Prior experience of warehouse management as well as ERP would be added advantage.

Good communication - verbal / written

Residence - preferably from western suburbs.

Ideally should have lead the team of 4-5 subordinates

Prior experience of working in ISO 9001 working environment desirable.
