Deliverable(s):
Spot consulting like add-hoc queries related with operation.
Application management/3rd level support
Good understanding of related business processes and ability to provide alternative options in case of problems.
Identify knowledge gaps at operation and deliver empowering sessions (on the job training)
Work on P1 incidents with sap, customer teams Work on root cause and also mitigation activities of re-occurrence
Skills set - must have:
Customer focused, team work ability
Flexibility at working hours in case of emergency case few times, if any, in a year
Min. 5 year experience on the area of Supply chain Experience on Extended Warehouse Management(EWM)
Skills set - nice to have:
Working with Root-Cause-analysis and technical back office teams
Development background CP industry background
Experience on high transaction volume and complex team structure
SCM experience and good understanding of both SNC and APO good understanding
