Technical Recruiter
About the Role :
- We're seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.
- You'll play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top tech talent to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Leverage your network and expertise to identify and attract qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist the most promising candidates.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, sending invitations, and following up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Craft compelling job descriptions and ensure timely and accurate posting on relevant platforms, including iimjobs.com.
- Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay current with the latest trends in the tech industry and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing top talent in tech roles.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Adept at sourcing candidates through both traditional and online methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the Indian tech landscape (bonus points!).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
