About the Role:

- We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior SEM to join our growing marketing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms to achieve exceptional results for our diverse client portfolio.

- You will leverage your expertise to develop winning strategies, meticulously manage budgets, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:

- Develop data-driven paid search strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.

- Manage and execute Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns across various campaign types (Search, Display, Social, etc.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and interpret website traffic and paid search campaign data using relevant analytics tools.

- Generate comprehensive reports for clients, providing clear and actionable insights on campaign performance.

Budget Management & Optimization:

- Effectively manage client budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated spend.

- Monitor campaign costs and identify areas for optimization to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Continuously refine and optimize campaign elements (ad copy, landing pages, keywords) for improved performance.

Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify relevant search terms and audience targeting opportunities.

- Analyze competitor paid search strategies to stay ahead of the curve within the digital advertising landscape.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with a proven track record of success.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign structures, bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad formats.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Budget management and optimization experience.

- Experience with keyword research tools and competitor analysis techniques.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics or a similar web analytics platform.

- A passion for digital marketing and staying current with industry trends.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with additional paid advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads) (a plus).

- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling (a plus).

- Experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries (a plus).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
