We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Engineer with a technical background to lead our pre-sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pre-sales process, engaging with clients and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution. The primary focus will be on LogicLadder's environmental monitoring and energy management solutions

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Oversee and coordinate pre-sales resources for LogicLadder's suite of environmental monitoring and energy management solutions.

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor presentations to showcase the technical capabilities of our products.

- Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals, incorporating technical data to communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients effectively.

- Actively engage with clients throughout the pre-sales process, addressing technical inquiries, and providing detailed information about our software solutions.

- Handle pricing requests for our software solutions across all platforms.

- Facilitate the entry of orders, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and necessary internal approvals.

- Manage technical submittals for ongoing and closed orders related to enterprise solutions.

- Create and manage customer accounts, resolving technical clarification inquiries related to LogicLadder's solutions.

- Identify product selections based on customer needs, offering expert guidance on LogicLadder's environmental monitoring and energy management solutions.

- Collaborate effectively within the organization, with colleagues, and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and support for product identification.

- Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 6 years experience in IT/ product sales and/or enterprise software sales

- Minimum of 5 years in a senior pre sales leadership role will be advantageous

- Demonstrated experience in driving B2B pre-sales activities with a focus on achieving results.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client engagement and internal collaboration.

- Strong technical proficiency related to software, automation, and related products.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in proposals and documentation.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.

- Experience in SaaS sales in the sustainability sector and/or enterprise FinTech product firms will be advantageous

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Great Team Management, organizational, and creative thinking skills

- Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate new markets

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with various sales software tools Zoho, (Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, Google Drive etc.).

Good to have :

- Skilled in environmental monitoring, energy management, software, and automation.

- Expertise in crafting persuasive proposals with technical data.

- Excellent problem-solving ability under pressure, especially in telephone interactions.

- Vital collaboration skills for effective communication within the organization and with external vendors.
