Channel Sales Engineer
LogicLadder, a leading sustainability software company, is seeking a talented Channel Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge sustainability solutions by working closely with our channel partners.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Have a detailed understanding of the technical and commercials for assigned Logicladder products and offerings.
- Target based revenue closure from the assigned channel partners.
- Order booking and custom proposals to the channel partners for various opportunities.
- Enter direct and indirect sales calls, notes, comments, and any other important information into CRM to ensure sales data is updated regularly.
- Provide technical expertise and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to sell effectively and implement LogicLadder's solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including system integrators, consulting firms, and technology providers.
- Travel to partner locations to meet with assigned partners and customers.
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in B Tech, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B SaaS/ product sales in channel/partner Management.
- Ability to contribute to sales and effectively support the sales team.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to understand and address the needs of both partners and end customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, partner management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sustainability concepts, environmental regulations, and reporting frameworks.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partner relationships.
- Strong networking skills to expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem.
- Awareness of Sustainability channel market trends and an understanding of international business practices.
