We believe that integrated interior fitouts is a sunrise business segment in India that is expected to grow significantly over the next decade and we are keen to setup a professionally managed firm to tap into this opportunity. Our aspiration is to be the largest professional firm in this category in India by CY 2019.

II). Job Title -

Lead - Business Operations, Interior Fitouts Organization

III). Professional Work Experience -

1. The Individual must have atleast 15-20 years of work experience, of which atleast 10 yrs must have been within interior design or execution works

2. Knowledge and networks within interior works supply chain including vendors and contractors, architectural design firms is preferable

3. Prior work experience in global sourcing or strategic partnerships is preferable

4. Professional work experience as an architect or interior designer is preferable, but not mandatory

IV). Education Background -

1. The individual must a technical qualification in architecture, design, civil engg. or related fields from reputed Tier 1 education institutes

V). Job Description -

The individual will be deeply involved in the setting-up and management of day-to-day operations of the firm in a leadership role. This would include the following

a). Strategic Blueprint -

- Participate in business planning and goal setting including business plan development and approval with board of directors

- Help translate the Company vision of being the largest organized fitouts player in India by CY 2019 into medium and short term tactical goals and create a roadmap to achieve the same

b). Organization Development -

- Lead organization design and role definition for all operations roles

- Lead organization efforts towards recruitment jointly with HR and other functions

c). Organization Processes and Systems -

- Define key processes for the organization including setup of operations monitoring and review mechanisms

- Lead technology deployment jointly with Lead, Technology including dashboards, order tracking mechanisms, web based tools and any other technology deployment required by the organization

- Identification and deployment of infrastructure to enable the required scale-up in operations

d). Alliances and Partnerships -

- Set up alliances and partnerships with value chain partners across operations including vendors and contractors, design partners, technology enablers among others
