- The Senior HR Generalist (Sr. HRBP) is responsible for managing and overseeing the HR function for the HoABL by providing strategic and business partnering support to the business that are aligned with HR strategy and standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Play a key role in delivering the HoABL People vision and creating strong partnerships across the various HR team within HoABL and Lodha Venture Ecosystem.

- Responsible for engaging with business leaders and aiding in areas of Engagement, Performance Management, Manpower optimization, Policy interpretation and application, and and reward system across the HoABL

- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies.

- Work with business leaders on workforce planning to ensure the assigned functions workforce has the right size, skills, cost, and agility for current and future business needs

- Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve the performance of the business. Interface various initiatives such as succession planning and skill assessment and provide input for development plans.

- Develops and implements HR operations road map by preparing HR budget, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, and aligning monetary resources by creating road maps.

- Review, analyze trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

- Provide expertise, facilitation, and execution of employee Life cycle management.

- Providing process and system input to enable the company to achieve the goal of continuous performance improvement across HoABL

- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing the selected solution, and extending support to employees and the Manager for coaching and counseling activities.

- Lead in analyzing business metrics data to identify trends and recommending solutions for pyramid rationalization, improve retention and employee & concept performance

- Drive the performance management processes by ensuring the managers are coached on effective feedback mechanisms and drive a high-performance culture

- Partner with TA to ensure timely closure of open positions by providing guidance to TA and facilitate between hiring manager and TA CoE to enable identification of right talent in an efficient and effective manner

- Design and lead the implementation of an Employee Engagement calendar for assigned functions

- Work with line managers and employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted attrition

- HR Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance as per applicable labour laws for HoABL. De-risk the organisation by having the right governance mechanism in place Act as point of contact for all audit related to applicable compliances

Experience & Education Required:

- Full-time MBA/PG in HR from a Tier I or Tier II college with 6 to 10 years of overall HR experience in a growth environment.

- 4+ years' experience as a Sales HR Business Partner or equivalent

- Prior Experience of Managing a team of HR professionals

- Must communicate effectively and confidently, while having the ability to influence, navigate, and manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization

- Ability to lead a team and mentor them for success

- Must possess a drive for results

- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
