We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Head to lead our expansion into new territories and drive significant sales growth within the K-12 education sector. Who You Are: - A seasoned sales professional with 8-10 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B school sales, preferably within the curriculum or educational resource space. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term relationships with school administrators, principals, and educators. - Deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape, current curriculum trends, and the challenges faced by schools today. - A strong believer in the power of upskilling programs and their impact on student success. - A natural leader with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a high-performing regional sales team. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical mind with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. - Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and close deals. What You'll Do: - Lead and manage a regional sales team, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support. - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious regional sales targets. - Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools within your region. - Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our upskilling programs. - Negotiate and close sales contracts with schools. - Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless sales experience. - Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies. - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
