Role Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization in hiring top talent efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with diverse and inclusive hiring practices. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of recruitment and selection efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement recruitment strategies for hiring across various levels. Develop and enforce policies for talent benchmarking, assessment, and interviewing.

- Design and promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards in talent acquisition.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, craft job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and databases, to attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough assessments to identify top talent.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs through proactive talent mapping, networking, and sourcing.

- Define and achieve hiring benchmarks related to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and candidate satisfaction.

- Represent the company on hiring platforms and at campus events to build relationships with potential candidate communities.

- Advise candidates on corporate benefits, compensation, and work culture.

- Build long-term relationships with both past and potential candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.

- Prepare and present regular talent acquisition dashboards and reports to HR and business leaders, highlighting key metrics and initiatives.

- Partner with HR leadership to align on hiring needs and organizational goals. Work closely with the marketing/PR team to address talent acquisition challenges creatively.

- Stay informed on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to gain a competitive edge in sourcing and assessment methodologies.

- Suggest and implement new ideas to enhance recruitment processes.

- Monitor staffing trends to refine talent acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in HR with 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Hands-on, energetic, and detail-oriented leadership approach.

- Strong focus on innovation with a deep understanding of business needs.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop recruitment teams.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
