About the Role:
This position will be responsible for developing, planning and executing initiatives in line with the company's community development efforts. You will work with Governments, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative CSR strategies that will help us make the country a better place, while also strengthening our relationships with the many other stakeholders in our business and Government environment. You will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for creating and implementing the CSR activities of the Company in accordance with relevant Companies Act, and CSR Policy of the Company.
- Setup an effective ecosystem.
- To identify projects aligned with the CSR Policy of the Company and to ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programmes aligned with sanctioned objectives.
- Documentation: Streamline documentation process, handle project progress and evaluation reports, institutional reporting, documentation of successes stories of partners & case studies, presentations / management reports for various internal & external stakeholders, audit related documentation, etc
- To ensure appropriate CSR reporting and disclosures including drafting of CSR Agenda, CSR minutes, CSR contents of Annual Report, upgrading CSR website, etc.
- Communications: Identify and create a communication strategy for CSR and prepare communication collateral (internal & external) to raise awareness on projects and organizational commitments towards CSR, both internally and externally
- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive required engagement and promote storytelling
- To identify and coordinate with NGOs, institutions, etc. including due diligence and ability to implement CSR projects with desired outcomes.
- To ensure budget is adhered and necessary documentation for payments, utilisation and settlement of sanctioned projects.
- Ensure implementation of projects as per approved plans, use of corrective measures to ensure achievement of planned programmatic and financial targets, field visits.
Experience & Education Required:
- Experience Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience
Job Responsibilities
- Has existing or can establish positive working relationships with other companies and organizations who are experts in Socially Responsible Business practices.
- Ability to work closely with people at all levels, from senior corporate executives to government officials to community leaders to consultants and agencies
- Elevate the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives internally and externally. Help create a differentiated brand positioning through effective CSR projects / programs
- Full time MSW/ MBA/ or any other relevant Full Time degree with passion for community service.
- Preferably from TISS, Mumbai
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to innovate, build networks, create organizational structures, gain support, implement, and manage, with a focus on tangible results
- Understands stakeholder expectations for responsible business conduct and has a track record of driving responsible CSR practices.
- Engage with the PR and Social Media teams to support social media engagement, with the responsibility to expand and protect our Organisation's reputation in the area of corporate social responsibility, etc. with a proactive program with curated content with monitoring and measurement for results.
- Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and civic leadership as well as program beneficiaries.
- Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.
- Strategic and tactical as demonstrated by the ability to ask probing questions for clarity, delve into the details of initiatives, and provide keen insight and strategic guidance to the team and others that result in specific and measurable outcomes.
- The role requires a nimble, culturally sensitive, and professional attitude. Impeccable integrity is essential.
- Must have experience in collaborating with government and industry stakeholders to shape CSR outcomes that deliver business results.
- Strong written/verbal communication, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills
- Ability to influence, collaborate and partner across functions and all levels within a matrix organization
- Experience in managing social media channels: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
