Reporting To: Candidate will be reporting to the Lead Partner Experience
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Managing agency relationships to ensure deliverables are met in terms of campaign planning and implementation.
- Briefing, setting campaign objectives, media planning / buying post campaign evaluation and analysis.
- Benchmarking and negotiations.
- Competitive scanning and reporting.
- Benchmarking and negotiating with agency / Publications/ Channels / Digital.
- Building in group level value addition.
- Innovative ways to reduce cost and get group level benefits.
- Work closely with various divisions of the Marketing team to deliver on brand and marketing objectives in a holistic way.
- Bringing to the table opportunities in line with brand objectives.
- Use of consumer insights to deliver marketing value in communication planning.
- A data-based and analytical approach to defining key market communication strategies.
- Should have worked on innovative media campaigns including on-ground activation, content integration, print innovations, co-branded movie promotions, mobile marketing, etc. resulting in disproportional brand impact.
Experience & Education Required:
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Post graduation from reputable media/communication management institutes.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Should have prior and sound experience in:
- Media management, including out-of-home and digital media, in domestic and international markets
- Working across traditional media and emerging platforms (digital, mobile, etc.)
- Managing a media budget of Rs. 100 cr.+
- Focus should be on offline media Print, OOH, Radio and Cinema
