Your Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analysing financial data from various sources, such as accounting systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, and other databases

- Preparation of MIS of all projects for House of Abhinandan Lodha Group real estate projects

- Managing the Lenders Engineer for approval of invoices and release of funds from bank

- Preparation of MIS of all projects for House of Abhinandan Lodha Group real estate projects

- Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at Project level and company level as well

- Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.

- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).

- Cost analysis & Cost calculation of all the Projects of the company.

- Preparation and presentation of Project wise financial analysis (PPT) for each project monthly/Quarterly divisional meeting.

- Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against Business plan to the management.

- Financial planning and analysis

Experience & Education Required:

- CA with 4 to 8 years' experience.

Key Skills and Attributes:

- Must have knowledge of Zoho and/or SAP or similar ERP packages for extraction of information

- Excellent practical knowledge of MIS tools, programmes, and ideas like ERP, CRM, ERP, etc.

- Excellent diagnostic abilities and meticulous attention to detail
