About the Role:

HRBP Demand role for a growth focused organization which gives great autonomy and an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end HR activities for the sales, marketing, MSS and CSS population of the organization. The role directly reports into the Head - Human Resources.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business on organizational design (current and future needs), workforce planning, and support per the aligned ABP in consultation with the HR Head. This role includes increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management, and supporting day-to-day operations as well as process improvement.

- Partner with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for the sales workforce.

- Partner with the Business team to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the growth of the business.

- Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement for assigned functions.

- Responsible for engaging with business leaders and aiding in areas of Engagement, Performance Management, Manpower optimization, Policy interpretation and application for allocated Business Functions.

- First POC: Provides day-to-day guidance to line management performance coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions.

- Develops and implements HR operations road map by preparing HR budget, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, and aligning monetary resources by creating road maps.

- Review, analyze trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies.

- Drive performance management processes by ensuring the managers are coached on effective feedback mechanisms and drive a high-performance culture

- Provide expertise, facilitation, and execution of employee Life cycle management.

- Work with line managers and employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted attrition.

Experience & Education Required: PG in HR from a premier institute with a minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner.
