Role Objective: Lead and manage team with the primary objective of achieving maximum conversion for the project by ensuring customer satisfaction and also to achieve maximum revenue with smart bank mix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulated strategies to ensure maximum penetration of the desired customer segments at key customer touch points.
- To Increase the bank penetration by impanelling more banks and NBFC's so that customer gets a wide variety of options .
- Encourage cross sale by motivating the team to generate leads and references from existing clients.
Sales/ Operation :
- Managing a team who will ensure sanction and disbursement from banks.
- To manage the volume of more than 500 sanctions and disbursal month on month.
- To maintain healthy approval rate)and disbursal rate through constant monitoring of sourcing mix and proactive decline management .
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service levels by providing end to end assistance.
- Approval of new products and payment schemes for customer for facilitating Sales.
