Qualification - B.E / Diploma in Civil (mandate)

Experience - 6-10 years of relevant experience

Job description:

- Awarding contracts for Civil, Infra, Finishing, MEP package

- Experience in finalising contracts

- Review/Shortlist vendor

- Floating of Tender, arranging Pre-bid meetings

- Prepare comparative analysis

- Documentation of contract documents
