The HR department within the Lodha group runs several interventions every year, spanning a full gamut of activities right from Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and more. In addition special projects also run on regular intervals to meet special demands of the organisation. Lodha group is a very dynamic work environment with - making things more efficient and better- being a consistent theme within the Leadership thought process and focus.

Thus the role on Organisation Effectiveness will focus on Process and Organisational efficiency and contribute to the larger HR and Organisational agenda through the following major initiatives :

Process and Program effectiveness : The role is expected be to diligently contribute to evaluation criteria - quantitative and qualitative as appropriate for evaluating effectiveness and suggest methods for enhancement for the following programs and processes, and others could be added as per the need of the hour.

- The incumbent assesses above processes and additional if any, shares regular reports with HR Leadership and prepares plans / models to ensure the process changes take roots and become a part of the departmental DNA. In this respect the incumbent will be expected to bring a strong change management / stakeholder engagement approach to the assignment.

Organisation Efficiency : The incumbent is expected to do industry benchmarking on Organisation structures of departments as required, understand the resourcing of the departments / teams from an efficiency perspective and suggest optimal manning for each team.

- For achieving this purpose, the role collaborates effectively with Talent Acquisition and the Manpower Planning units to source and return effective actionable information.

- The role is expected to own the role charters for various departments and work in conjunction with Business leadership and Business HR partners to review, update and conduct dissemination workshops for the respective teams.

- Subsequently the role will be expected to participate in organisation re-structuring exercises and support the BHR Partners to ensure that roles, processes and resourcing aspects are seamlessly integrated through the change.

- As required the role connects with different stakeholders across functional teams and submit assessment on organisation wide productivity analysis

- In due course the role is also expected to lead the Job Evaluation exercise and be able to put the organisation role, departments and process awareness into the assignment.

In essence the role will contribute to continuous improvement of processes and raise organisation effectiveness through better, more focused, simpler and business relevant processes, structures and resourcing within teams.
