Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the ESG agenda with due importance and urgency.
- Shall be able to act as a coordinator between the ESG team and all internal stakeholders; Prod the key stakeholders to take action on the ESG plan/ initiatives to maintain momentum.
- Manage the communication with stakeholders through engagement initiatives, newsletters, surveys, etc.
- Manage the ESG calendar - for disclosures as well as initiatives.
- Continuously collaborate with the ESG leadership Group, various functional heads and the Marketing team.
- Continually focus on optimizing the available communication channels to highlight our impact in such areas.
ESG Reporting:
- Understand the need for increased transparency on sustainable and socially responsible practices
- Articulate these through ESG Reporting that can be useful for various stakeholders including investors, associates, customers, external talent pool, relevant governmental organizations etc. Be good at compiling and drafting reports which are part of mandatory or voluntary disclosures
- Consistently update the ESG Leadership Group on progress updates.
- Be proactive in highlighting key milestones and challenges and respond to ESG queries by coordinating with other stakeholders for inputs.
- Manage the communication with stakeholders engagement initiatives, newsletters, surveys, etc.
- Clearly be able to communicate our companies vision and purpose through relevant data, facts and metrics.
Qualification: Post Graduate; with relevant Certifications
Practice: 7+ years of experience with a strong understanding of the ESG agenda and related reporting
