Understanding of traditional channels like TV, Print, Radio, OOH and other ATL and BTL activities. Thorough understanding of digital media & new age media.
The incumbent will be the media lead for all the brands under the Lodha portfolio - Residential, commercial, retail across the price segments from mass to luxury.
- Deep understanding of the consumers & relevant TG for the media strategy is an essential requirement.
- Good to have: experience on creating long term strategy deals, barter deals, brand treaty deals.
- Must have: TV planning, strong understanding of print & OOH media, digital media landscape.
- Operational excellence in cross function and with external stakeholders and support the development of Mass advertising plans to support launches and achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with the offline media tools: BARC, RAM, IRS, Comscore, Digital analytics tools, Facebook, Google
- Budget closure for all media and Marketing with the commercial and finance team.
- Drive mass marketing creative for key project launches across TV, print, radio, OOH, digital across India & geography specific.
- Develop internal and external relationship to execute campaigns with brand managers, commercial teams, agency partners, media houses, vendors, etc.
- Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative, social media briefs and alliances.
