Background:  - This position is a part of the HR Leadership team. This position is responsible to lead Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System and Human Resources Information System functions and also act as coach and mentor to the reporting teams. This position will shadow President HR on other areas of HR function.  1. Responsible for Compensation and Benefits policy, its structure, development, implementation and improvement.  2. Lead and direct the entire performance management process.  3. With the growth comes the need to automate systems and processes. The position is expected to direct implementation and usage of information systems in HR function.  We are looking at people who have exclusively handled the role of Lead C&B / PMS / HRIS in the past or current profile. We are NOT interested with profiles having experience in Generalist HR or Talent Acquisition.  Minimum experience (Post MBA): 10 years  Reporting Mgr Designation: President-HR  Direct Reports: PMS Lead, C&B Lead, HRIS Lead  Direct Reports (Number of reportees): 3
