Lodha Group - Investor Relations Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support in releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management

- Prepare investor presentation, quarterly/annual results, sector themes and competitive landscape

- Developing IR framework, preparing FAQs for quarterly earning call and road shows. Providing response to queries by analysts/investors

- Investor Communication via conferences and one-on-one meetings

- Understanding of Investor concerns, tracking progress on mitigation actions, ensuring consistent realistic communication with market participants

- Help in maintaining relationship with institutional investors

- Help in engaging with Analysts, tracking and analysing their ratings and expectations along with that of peer companies

- Continuous analysis of change in shareholding pattern to have focused investor targeting

- Update top management through various MIS or major movements in stock prices, shareholding.

- Competition Analysis: Performing comprehensive analysis on market trends, competitor's behaviour and strategy. Presenting key insights and competition benchmarking to management periodically.
