Lodha Group - Frontline Sales Manager

- Sales generation for a real estate portfolio worth 50 billion INR comprising of luxury & aspirational residences in Pune

- Delivering targeted topline as per the project's business plan by meeting sales targets

- Projection & maintenance of a luxury real estate brand attitude & delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base comprising of influential names in Mumbai

- Generating sales from various traditional & non-traditional BTL activities

- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools

- Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project

- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure

- Staying up-to-date with product & market knowledge

- Interviews to be conducted in Pune (Skype interviews not possible). Only those who can commute may apply.

Salary Range: 7 - 14 LPA
