Role:
- Dynamic Personality with open understanding of sales and Sale Management.
- To ensure Sourcing and sales from specified site team of the assigned project. As per the distribution plan from the project business plan.
- Ensure sourcing from the non converted leads.
- Should be Product Champ having detailed info on projects
- To delegate and monitor day to day activities for assigned team.
- To lead the site team for maximum closures and targeted conversions.
- To ensure conversions as per the desired projected target.
- Ensure the experience towards each walk-in is adhered to company standards resulting in maximum closures.
- Manage all the site level requirement and support for the site team to deliver appropriate information at POS in turn delivering closures from walk-in clients.
- To liaise with other team heads like channel, OSBT to maximise walk-ins at the site.
- Co-ordinate with other departments like marketing, loyalty, presales, online to ensure desired targeted walk-ins are obtained.
- Coordinate with other function post sales to ensure smooth transition from sales to customer care resulting in reference generation.
- Attend to walk-ins on site.
- Ensure proper follow up of clients and updation of the same in the software provided.
- Data capture. Ensure all the leads are managed and maintained with maximum detailing and information.
- Stay updated on the product and on competition.
- High level of conversion, low level of cancellations and post sales complaints. Higher clients retention.
- Churning of old leads and ensuring transactions from the same.
- Strong MIS understanding and reporting.
- Smart objection handling
