Lodha Group - Associate General Manager - Brand Management/Marketing - Luxury
Role Objective:
- Lead the brand mandate for a luxury brand in the real estate space by creating true differentiation through strategic marketing initiatives across the consumer touch points.
- Achieve business goals through a detailed brand strategy calendar and collaborative approach across verticals.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Portfolio Head in defining the vision and strategic plan for the portfolio
- As per defined strategy, lead the planning and execution of annual brand calendar
- Create a detailed design language and brand persona for the assigned brands which can be interpreted across touch points
- Create a holistic 360 view and execution mechanisms of the brand philosophy across traditional ATL, Public Relations,Digital, Experiences, Market Research, Hospitality and all other touch points of the consumer journey
- Manage Stakeholders and develop relationships across departments through being the custodian of the brand and ensuring that the philosophy of the brand trickles through across verticals and departments
- Create and own brand IPs, brand alliances and experiences with like minded luxury brands as a rolling calendar of initiatives
