Job Role:
- This is a strategic role in the customer experience function of the Lodha Group. This role will play an important part in leading the key programs aimed at elevating customer experience at Lodha. This role reports into HOD and works closely with leadership team at Lodha on the high impact and critical programs within customer experience team and cross functions at Lodha. The person will oversee the AOP of collection and Loyalty business along with other key programs impacting experience across lifecycle of customer, and highlights periodic progress on delivery including any risks and suggests mitigation strategy and updates.
- The opportunity space is large and diverse, as well as attractive & challenging. This role will require strong strategic skills, as it will lead the thinking on overall strategy, consumer initiatives, financial planning, and management of collectibles across the various geographies & categories
Key Responsibilities:
- AOP for collection & Loyalty - Responsible for tracking and furnishing quality insights on progress v/s targets.
- Should be able to create mechanism for timely alarms in case of any risks and work towards a mitigation strategy in conjunction with relevant key stakeholders.
- Mitigation of cash flow risk by control on debtor levels and accuracy of projection models.
- Analysing customer satisfaction across the lifecycle and identifying internal process bottlenecks and their mitigation.
- Target & team incentive management for the front-end teams and control over the operational efficiencies.
- Responsible for conceptualization, design and execution of projects in conjunction with the customer experience teams and cross functional stakeholders, towards the benefit of customers and organization.

Qualification:
- Post Graduate, MBA with finance background preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Wizard with numbers & analytics.
- Flair for spreadsheets, MIS & forecasting models
- Innovative thinking and problem solving
Practice and other requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience working with leadership teams and handling large, high impact portfolios.
