Candidates to be given an option to choose any role in marketing at the end of 1 Year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devise and implement new strategies around various brands and verticals like pricing, budgeting and annual operating plan.
- Evaluate group level and brand level key profitability metric like NPV, PBT and assist senior management on actionables.
- Create, analyse and follow up on reports for senior management in a timely manner using existing tools or developing new ones.
- Continuously offer insight and advice on improving the exiting processes and performance of various functions within marketing including events, digital, loyalty, presales.
- Understand flow of data into and out of our systems and organizational customers and stakeholders. Communicate data and process requirements as appropriate to all.
- Develop and maintain open communication with key departments like Finance, Procurement, MIS, Audit, Corporate and PR.
- Attend and represent the specific groups to maintain department knowledge and professional awareness of developments surrounding the key activities of the company
- Manage and develop effective and efficient processes and procedures for capturing and maintenance of data ensuring that information is robust and meets the output.
- Evaluation of Media Effectiveness and Conversions.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates from top B-schools (IIMs, FMS, XLRI, IIFT, JBIMS, NMIMS)
- Minimum 2 years of experience and currently working with best FMCG, consulting, consumer durables, automobiles, or other consumer facing businesses. Candidates should have had hands-on experience in marketing, sales or consulting functions.
- Candidates with inclination towards marketing preferred.
