Role Objective:
To ensure Sales in the segments owned and deliver targeted top lines as per business plan by ensuring targeted sales volumes at approved price levels.
Key Responsibilities -
- Be the Think-Tank for the Sales team by constantly developing new initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
- Act as the critical link between Sales and other linked departments (Marketing, Planning, Customer Experience).
- Develop sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period.
- Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of the sales team by intelligent sales force allocation.
- Review, plan and execute various incentivization techniques and procedures.
- Drive and vet alternate sales activities for the segment.
- Ensure compliance & control of sites in the segment by constant monitoring of sales as a function - processes, pricing and deviations from the same.
- Ensure Marketing and Customer Experience support for each segment to deliver volumes.
- Ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity for the segment.
Skills: Analytical skills, planning,
Qualification: Tier 1 MBA with min 2 years' experience.
Practice and Other Requirements: Worked with good brands. Involved in sales planning and strategy for a particular market.
