We are looking to hire a CA/ MBA from a reputed business school in our Investment Banking practice (Mumbai).

Our requirements:

- Relevant experience 7-12 years

KRA's:

- Execute sell-side, buy-side, and restructuring mandates 

- Lead a team and execute transactions from beginning to close (client sourcing, pitch, process management, valuation analyses, due diligence, negotiations, closing) with minimal supervision

- Pursue business development opportunities with current / prospective clients through networking and other outreach strategies 

- Cultivate / grow / maintain relationships with clients to identify new opportunities for advisory engagements
