Brief:

- We are looking for sales rockstars who can help us develop and grow the India market.

- We have exponential growth plans for the region and the road ahead looks super exciting.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand market trends, competitive landscape and buying behaviours

- Lead Generation and responsible for driving sales

- Deep understanding Locus' product offering and use cases we solve across industries

- Innovation in use cases based on the customer requirements and provide flexible solutions

- Identifying new prospects and problem statements across large strategic Enterprises, SMBs and new-age tech companies

- Develop CXO level connects and ensure periodic interactions with appropriate Locus leadership teams

- Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Locus mindshare

- Working with marketing to execute customised Round-table events with strategic customers

- Ensure seamless integration with inbound/outbound SDRs in qualifying opportunities

- Close coordination with Solutions teams for sizing opportunities, running simulations

- Identify and develop a strong Partner ecosystem to ensure account entry & penetration

- Building and managing strong relationships with clients and helping product with continuous feedback based on market requirements and changes in consumer demand

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Planning and preparing presentations and running product demonstrations independently

- Communicating new product/service developments/offerings to prospective clients.

- Effective Pricing discussions and Contract negotiations

- Responsible for annual sales targets through new client acquisition and growing existing client base in the assigned territory

- Identifying new market segments, use cases for Locus

- Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to contract closure stage

- Regular update of all clients on Zoho

Requirements:

- Total Yrs of experience of 8-10 years

- Enterprise Sales experience of 4-5 years with a proven track record

- Logistics SaaS Exp of min 2-3 yrs

- Background in technology sales with quota experience is a plus

- Must have handled a region independently

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Proven ability to integrate and work with multiple internal and external teams

- Experience in working closely with individual and organizational partner ecosystem

- Customer-oriented approach.

- Sharp business acumen and target-oriented.

- Problem-solving aptitude.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

- Should be open to travel
