Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute an inside sales strategy that aligns with Locobuzzs growth objectives.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to maximize productivity and conversions.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Drive predictable and scalable revenue growth by optimizing lead qualification and nurturing strategies.
- CRM & Sales Operations: Oversee the effective use of Salesforce and sales tools to track performance, forecast pipeline, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns, improve MQL to SQL conversion, and optimize lead engagement.
- Sales Enablement: Implement training programs, playbooks, and sales methodologies to enhance team performance.
- Customer Engagement: Own and refine the inside sales playbook to drive engagement, consultative selling, and relationship-building with prospects.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Metrics & KPIs: Track and report key sales metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue contributions from inside sales.
What Were Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, Martech, or Customer Experience platforms.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing inside sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze trends and optimize sales performance.
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for growth & innovation.
