Responsibilities:

- Work with our hiring managers to source and attract the best candidates.

- Source talent for hard-to-fill or complex roles across a variety of tools and platforms.

- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.

- Proactive and creative approach to talent sourcing and engagement.

- Negotiate and extend job offers to select candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and addressing any concerns or questions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- PriorTech hiring experience with a minimum of 5+ years recruiting in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, preferably in a product setup.

- Proven track record for successfully identifying and filling technical roles with exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.

- Extensive experience working for product and tech roles and are open to taking up non-tech roles as well.

- The ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and a knack for finding creative ways to hire top tech talent.

- Proven understanding of building and executing recruitment strategies and developing thoughtful recruiting plans.
