Location Sales Manager - Consumer Durables Finance Business

Position Name - Location Sales Manager

Level - M4

Educational Qualifications - Graduate, preferably MBA

Experience Profile - At least 4 years in supervisory role and 4-5 years as an RM.

Job Role :

Person will be responsible for driving sales for consumer durable finance business for the location.

Person will be required to build a team of Relationship managers/ Sales managers and Sales People on the ground who need to source business from the channels.

Person will required to establish relationships with the existing channel partners for developing business and enhance market share.

Need to appoint new channel partners (as per norms of the company) for enhancing business .

Person would need to achieve the location budget through the team which includes Branch sales target, ALR, controlling PDD/delinquency.

Would need to meet up channels along with the relationship managers and driving the team.
