Job Purpose:
Responsible to manage sales teams in devising strategies for increasing market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with annual business plan and future business requirements. Also developing, sustaining & maintaining relationship with dealers / manufacturers for increasing the overall revenue of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management - Consumer Durable Finance
- Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue
- Engage with manufacturers to build and strengthen relationships on all working levels
- Identifying new relationships & making new tie-ups
- Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturers
- Manage subvention receivables process
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of manufacturers are addressed
- Responsible for various manufacturer communications in terms of reports & analysis
- Identify revenue leakages in the system and devise processes to stop revenue leakages
- Ensure sustained revenue growth
