LOCATION LEGAL MANAGER

Job Description:

- To support the local Collections & SHBT team in achieving its targets by using effective legal tools.

- To liaison with police and other statutory authorities in executing warrants and court orders.

- Has to co-ordinate with panel advocates in delivering results on time.

- Should have good knowledge and work experience in Arbitration, DRT and SARFAESI Proceedings & other legal activities.

- To work with team in controlling the NPA's of the Branch.

- To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.

- Should be aggressive with Strategic mind-set

- Willing to Take challenges and responsibility

- Should possess excellent communication and legal drafting skills.

- Should be proactive in identifying the problems and providing appropriate solution.

- To be a part of Collections team in ensuring adherence of All Audit, Moral and Ethical requirements.
