About the Company: Our client is a leading financial institution, known for its excellence in the banking sector. They are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join their team as a Location Manager for the Corporate Salary department.

Reporting relationship: Zonal Manager
Position Grade: M5/M6
Position Overview:
- As the Location Manager for Corporate Salary, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by achieving core, value, and cross-sell targets. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with Large Corporate Accounts and spearheading the acquisition of Senior Management and Mid-Management accounts within empaneled corporations.
- Adherence to regulatory norms, KYC, and company-approved processes will be essential to maintain the bank's standards.
- Reporting to the Zonal Manager, you will lead a team and be instrumental in driving their productivity and sales efficiency.
- Additionally, ensuring corporate account profitability through maintaining a salary upload percentage above 90% at all times will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve location-based business targets for core, value, and cross-sell segments.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with Large Corporate Accounts, ensuring effective penetration and accomplishment of business goals.
- Personally engage in acquiring Senior Management and Mid-Management accounts within empaneled corporate entities.
- Maintain strict adherence to KYC, quality, and regulatory norms as per the company's policies.
- Foster positive and professional relationships with internal and external customers and departments.
- Drive team productivity and sales efficiencies, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on a monthly basis.
- Will be responsible for location business targets for core, value & cross sell.
- Maintaining Cordial relations with internal / external Customer / departments.
- Should ensure corporate account profitability by maintaining salary upload percentage above 90% at all times
Job Requirements:
- A highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive and energy to excel in the role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve both volume and value targets for the assigned location.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively convey ideas and insights.
- A confident, aggressive, and collaborative team player with a passion for corporate and senior-level engagement.
- Post-graduate with a minimum of 15 years of work experience in Corporate Sales.
