Job Title: Sales Territory Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop sales teams across various locations, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Compliance:
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, procedures, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Profit and Loss Accountability:
- Manage and be accountable for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the assigned territory, ensuring financial targets are met.
Sales and Collection Targets:
- Achieve and exceed sales and collection targets for the territory, driving growth and ensuring financial success.
ROTA Management:
- Attain and sustain the desired Return on Total Assets (ROTA) by leveraging market potential and optimizing retail business opportunities.
Promotional Activities:
- Collaborate with dealers to drive and implement promotional activities that enhance sales and market presence.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and report on residual management performance on a weekly basis to Regional Management, providing insights and updates.
Deviation Reporting:
- Report any deviations from planned performance to Regional Management and ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in sales.
- Ability to manage financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and collection targets.
- Proficient in driving promotional activities and partnerships.
- Effective monitoring and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and corrective action implementation.
Location: Various areas within the assigned territory.
