JD - Business Analyst

- MIS reporting

- Hands-on experience in SQL, Tableau and Advanced Excel. Knowledge of Python is an advantage

- Supporting the senior leadership team in decision making by deriving insights from various business reports.

- Providing the senior management team with live access to performance metrics

- Using Visualization tools, preparing the KPI's and performance tracker of the different verticals.

- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

- Manage the reports and services that are to be delivered on time to the end-users
