As a part of its offerings, the NBFC offers investment banking/corporate advisory services across sectors.  Experience - 2-3 years of experience in investment banking/private equity space/research space.  Key responsibilities to include:  1. Analysis of Financial Statements, Preparation of financial models and doing Business Valuation   2. Doing research on sectors and companies   3. Assisting Seniors in preparing Information Memorandum, financial models, Project Finance Documents etc   4. Assistance in making valuation models - DCF, Transaction analysis, Trading comparables etc.  The candidate must be flexible in working across Equity, Debt Syndication or Lending space, across sectors.
