Loan Operations & Digital Transformation Leader

1. Manage the day to day activities in the unit and drive the effort to ensure that unit activities are managed in full compliance with banks, Policy, and Process and Standards

2. Develop and leverage strong working relationships across the Product, BTG/IT, Collections, risk and other stake holders

3. Identify areas of Process Improvement and implement necessary changes.

4. Very good understanding on Lending Operations and Loan lifecycle.

5. Excellent reconciliation skills and detail Oriented,

6. Very Good knowledge of LMS/LOS/SME Lending preferred.

7. Carry out Functional UAT and Co-ordinate with BTG/IT for production movement.

8. Very Good MS office Knowledge.

9. Acumen to handling huge data preferred.

10. Exposure to Working capital finance / Mortgage processing
