Supply Manager

As the Regional Supply Lead, he will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, managing a team of delivery personnel (Field Recruiters), and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our delivery operations.

Responsibilities:

- Delivery Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes for the delivery boys, optimizing efficiency and timely order fulfillment. Monitor and adjust delivery schedules based on real-time order volume, traffic conditions, and other relevant factors.

- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of delivery boys, prologisviding guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Quality Control: Ensure that deliveries meet quality standards and are accurately packaged, labeled, and presented to customers. Address and resolve any customer concerns or delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.

- Communication: Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery details, address any delivery-related inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Liaise with internal teams, including customer support and operations, to facilitate seamless order processing and delivery.

- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report key performance metrics, such as delivery success rate, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, to management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency supply.
