Job Description:

Senior Performance Marketing for Ecommerce and Quick Commerce

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across eCommerce, quick commerce and Brand owned D2C platforms.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and Communication that resonate with the target audience.

- Planning, Boosting & Optimizing Campaigns, Posts on Meta Universe (Facebook, Instagram) in collaboration with Brand & Marketing Team.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

- Work closely with the analytics team to track key performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.

- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization and future strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience (4-5 years) in digital marketing for D2C Brands across eCommerce, Quick Commerce, Meta & Google.

- In-depth knowledge of Amazon AMS & Quick Commerce Advertisement consoles and its optimization hacks.

- Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and campaign data analysis.

- Ability to manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Experience in the FMCG (food industry) sector is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of eCommerce and quick commerce platforms, and can drive performance in the highly competitive FMCG sector.
