We have an urgent opening for LMS Coordinator
One contract employee for a long term project (4 to 6 months with a potential for performance review and extension up to 12 months overall). Apart from the below, the resource should also have good knowledge of Storyline based development work.

LMS Coordinator - Job Description
Training Evaluation
- Develop and update a dashboards/ PowerPoint slide to communicate training evaluation results including training completion rates, pass rates, and level 1 evaluation feedback
- Create and publish level 1 evaluation infographics
- Distribute evaluation infographics to participant's managers
- Create learning engagement dashboards by division, pulling data from all learning platforms.
- Create/Manage training hours report (ETP)
- Create and update master evaluation spreadsheet.
Training Records Management :
- Update classroom training records in LMS
- Mange users in all learning systems (Docebo, Degreed, Lynda, Franklin Covey AA)
- Manage new hire onboarding courses and reporting
- Create rosters for all classroom training sessions (ETP)
- Manage roster master record spreadsheet (ETP)
Course Management :
- Create and update PPTs and update Storyline courses as necessary
- Upload and test courses to LMS
- Configure course settings, deep links and course view options in Docebo
- Link courses from Docebo to Degreed
- Create and Publish Pathways as needed
- Manage classroom workshop interest list
