Requirements:
- 5-6 years of overall experience
- Teacher / Principal training experience
- LMS management experience
- Online curriculum design /video content design experience
- Project management experience
- Data Analysis experience
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop high quality online training content and assessments for teachers, principals and academic coordinators.
- Create detailed visual storyboards /scripts and concept notes to develop video content.
- Present /direct video content whenever required.
- Analyse data on engagement and mastery to continue revamping existing modules.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the learning management system for a seamless user experience.
- Manage and track progress for all enrolled stakeholders in certification programs.
- Create training content and lead monthly webinars for teachers, academic coordinators and school principals.
- Build capacity on the team by up-skiling managers / AAEDs on LMS functionalities and usage.
