LMIH JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- - Screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with the shortlisted candidates, salary negotiation & closures within the designed deadlines - Responsible for the end to end life cycle management for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc. - Create the policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices - Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues WORK EXPERIENCE: - - 2-4 years of relevant experience - MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed institutes, Tier I/ Tier II Institutes - Proven experience in handling similar responsibilities in retail industry - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Human Resource Management CTC OFFERED: - 8-10 LPA (Fixed, Negotiable based on interaction and experience)
