JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Handling complete operations of the firm including but not limited to warehousing team management , inventory management , picking inventory process , last mile delivery process as well as unit economics
- Manage inventory availability and inventory health including improved in-stock, turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time) and forecasting, ensuring stock accuracy, timely processing and deliveries of stock,
- Drive metrics to improve efficiency including inventory replenishment, managing overstock inventory, and operational processes
- Demand Planning : determining the order quantities by taking into account forecasts, historical trends and inventory targets
- Handling end-to-end logistics for day-to-day deliveries
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and customers, networking and looking out for new sources of procurement
- Allocating incentives to the resources and managing them
WORK EXPERIENCE : -
- 3-5 years of relevant experience into Retail Operations
- BE/ B.Tech or MBA in SCM or Equivalent Course from reputed institutes, Tier I/ Tier II Institutes
CTC OFFERED: -12-16 LPA (Fixed, Negotiable based on interaction and experience)
