Role Overview:

Lloyd Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Head to lead the companys operations and strategic direction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, from formulating strategic growth plans to managing budgets and ensuring the long-term success of the company. This leadership role is integral to driving the companys vision and achieving ambitious goals in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's business strategies to align with its vision of becoming a 1000 Cr organization by 2030. The Business Head will play a crucial role in guiding the companys growth trajectory, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering innovation within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency across all departments including production, marketing, sales, and distribution. Work closely with department heads to streamline processes and improve productivity.

- Financial Oversight: Manage and optimize the companys budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to support business objectives. Regularly review financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary to meet growth targets.

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a cross-functional team, building a culture of collaboration and high performance. The Business Head will be responsible for talent development, setting KPIs, and ensuring team alignment with the companys strategic goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company at industry events and forums, reinforcing its brand as a leader in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Business Expansion: Identify and execute new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Ensure that the company stays ahead of market trends, leveraging research and development to bring innovative products to market.

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership and business acumen with a track record of managing complex operations and achieving growth targets.

- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making capabilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- A degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
