Role purpose:
To support the delivery of consultancy engagements via undertaking of research exercises and associated data analysis. Role encompasses both macro level analysis as part of strategy development work and more micro level analysis in relation to specific operational engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute to wider consulting engagements by undertaking research and analysis activities.
- To work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify potential routes to arriving at answers to specific research and analysis challenges, and to suggest alternative solutions where appropriate.
- To produce the required inputs within the agreed parameters in a defined format including contract terms and conditions.
- To properly document research activities such that they can be referenced as part of consulting outcomes
- To undertake structured analysis that can be interrogated and verified by both internal and external parties as required
- To work with the consulting team to ensure findings are communicated in a manner that is accessible to the end user and which is visually in keeping with a quality consulting deliverable
- To provide on the ground support to large consulting engagements, including working directly with clients as necessary.
- Undertake administration as required in line with the current processes and procedures.
- To assist improvement in service delivery by communicating client feedback as appropriate.
- To give technical guidance to other employees, as appropriate and disseminate information to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
- To conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.
- To contribute to client management as appropriate by acting as point of contact to effectively manage client and LR relationships.
- Understanding and ready to adapt new technologies including Digital, Additive Manufacturing, Artificial intelligence, Cloud etc.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:
- Shall possess a relevant Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent. Master's in Business Management/ equivalent
- Shall possess sufficient relevant previous working experience to demonstrate good awareness of the relevant specialist requirements, knowledge and application. Likely to have 3-5 years relevant working experience. Consulting experience would be referred
