Livspace - Territory Manager - Interior Project Management

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage design and site delivery teams, ensuring performance and adherence to schedules and client needs.

- Oversee project deliverables, including risk management and changes/variations control.

- Coordinate teamwork among project stakeholders and manage vendor and partner relationships.

- Prepare formal project progress reports for clients and company management.

- Act as the escalation point between clients and Livspace to ensure project delivery meets quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with post-graduation in Project Management from a Tier I institute.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of Project Management experience

- Strong project management skills with a process-driven approach and quick problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of interior fit-out trades and subcontractors.

- Tech-savvy, adept at adopting digital and technology initiatives.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.

- Capability to work independently and perform well under pressure
