About:
- As a Territory Assistant Manager - Sales, you will own client satisfaction for all projects within your territory.
- You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the Livpreneur success strategy in your region.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure growth aligns with demand, enabling Livpreneurs to meet their qualitative and quantitative targets.
- You will be responsible for defining project scope, estimating interiors, and connecting customers with service partners based on their requirements.
- Additionally, you will visit customer sites with service partners to help finalize project scopes and quotes.
- Regular online or offline meetings with Livpreneurs will be held to understand and address their concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction for all projects across the territory.
- Develop and execute the Livpreneur success strategy within your territory.

- Enable Livpreneurs to achieve their targets.

- Conduct regular meetings with Livpreneurs to understand and resolve their concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate/post graduate in any stream with 15 years of academic education.
- MBA will be plus
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth, with at least 1 year in B2C Sales.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage complex operational structures.
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Willingness to travel across India or specific regions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- High level of ownership around targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
