Job Description:
- As a Territory Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction across all projects within your territory.
- You will play a key role in developing and executing the Livpreneur success strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth according to territorial demand.
- Your role will involve enabling Livpreneurs to meet their targets, defining project scopes and estimates, and facilitating connections between customers and service partners.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites, resolving concerns, and maintaining regular communication with Livpreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Satisfaction: Oversee and ensure client satisfaction for all projects within your territory.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute the Livpreneur success strategy for your territory, working with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Target Achievement: Support Livpreneurs in achieving their qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Project Management: Define project scope, perform interior estimation, and connect customers with service partners based on their requirements.
- Site Visits: Visit customer sites with service partners to assist in finalizing project scopes and quotes.
- Livpreneur Engagement: Conduct regular meetings (online/offline) with Livpreneurs to understand and address their concerns.
Skills and Expertise:
Education: Graduate/PG in business administration or any field, MBA will be plus
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development and growth, with at least 1 year in B2C sales.
Operational Skills: Strong ability to multi-task and manage complex operations structures.
Sales Proficiency: Proven strength in sales and business development.
Travel: Willingness to travel across India or specific regions as needed.
Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ownership: Demonstrates a high level of ownership towards achieving targets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
